Again bankes are going on strike tomorrow ie on 26/12/2018 , What is the reason behind the strike ?

All the banks in India were on strike on yesterday i.e on 24/12/2018 Monday.The lead bank in India i.e State Bank of India,Punjab National Bank,Kanara Bank,Indian Oversease Bank,Allhabad bank etc all the nationalized bank and also the private sector banks like Axis Bank,ICICI Bank,HDFC Bank etc were also on strike yesterday.

All the banks are going for strike on tomorrow i.e 26/12/2018 Wednesday.Tomorrow also all the banks will be on strike. Tomorrow will be the second strike called by the bankers union .For the strike of the banks the public are facing many problems in their day to day life . Then what is the reason of the strike called by the bankers union ? Many of did not know the reason of the strike called by the bankers union.

Then What is the reason behind the strike ? The reason is based on the merging of the banks together. Actually the Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank is going to merge with the Bank Of Baroda , and the bankers union is opposing this merging of the banks. Last on 21st December 2018 also banks were on strike demanding revision of their salary and merging of the banks issue.

This is informed that the government of India is trying to make transparency in banking sector.In this scheme of India government the merging of the banks is also included. In this scheme the Vijaya bank and Dena bank is merging with Bank Of Baroda. If this three banks will be merged the output bank will be the third largest bank in India. All the three bank's  ED is also granted the permission to merge the banks. There is a chance to lose of jobs of many employee in this three banks after the merge of the three banks. So the bankers unions are called for the strike all India.
